I love the show WINGS and have always felt that it was unfairly underrated when it first aired. The writing and stories were always very good and the cast was exceptional.Also exceptional is this new book about the series.I've read other books about television by this author and he always does a great job. I love finding out the histories of tv shows and also fun facts about them. Unfortunately, some authors of books like this one don't do enough research and the books wind up being very big disappointments.That's not the case with this author or with this book from him.I smiled a lot while reading this book. Not just from the memories it gave me of favorite episodes, but also from new info I learned here. My favorite parts were from the many great interviews the author did with cast members. Fantastic!If you loved Wings, you should definitely give this book a read. Also, if you're a fan of Classic TV in general, I recommend looking into other books from author Bob Leszczak. He's a big lover of Classic TV and he does a great job on books like this one.
